The Story of PreRoll Press Inc
We started out with a small cannabis grow and processing center in Spokane Washington in the spring of 2015 named Yield Farms. Recreational cannabis had just been legalized in our state and we were lucky enough to be one of the first farms to reach the shelves later that year in the first store to open in Washington State, Spokane Greenleaf.
Though we sold our farm to an oil company in 2018 our hearts and minds never truly left the industry. Neither did our experience as pre-roll producers, and it’s that experience that ultimately led to our inventing the PreRoll Press. With lowering the costs of pre-roll production and increasing quality and productivity being our ultimate goal for pre-roll producers. We are now happy and excited to offer our innovative pre-roll machines, technology, and support to the industry.
We are growing and we often attend trade shows such as Cannacon, Lucky Leaf, and MJBizcon, but starting out from nothing and building it into something takes time. That being said of course, we are still a small company with only a few employees, all of whom are owners. This allows us to be more hands on and responsive to our customers needs. Get perfect pre-rolls in 5 easy steps
Experience seamless pre-roll production with our Preroll Press, enabling effortless creation of flawless pre-rolls. Boost efficiency with our additional accessories, including scrapers and catch trays, and kickstart your pre-roll business swiftly.
Metering
First, load the papers into the work tray and fill the papers with product using the metering tray.
Packing
Achieve a perfect pack by shaking the loaded work tray on the shaker for 20-30 seconds, then remove and place it for closing and finishing.
Crimping
For closing, start by using the crimping tines of the press tool to crimp the open tops by folding the paper over
Tamping
Ensure a uniform, consistent product by flattening the tops of folded papers using the tamper tines of the press tool, leaving no paper unfolded.
Ejecting
Complete the process by Dutch Crowning the pre-rolls using the press tool’s ejector tines, preparing them for sealing and packaging.
